Events in Nida

The international folklore festival has been held since 1998 „Tek saulužė ant maračių“ has been held annually in Neringa, bringing together fans of traditional and modern folklore, nature lovers, and healthy lifestyle enthusiasts, as well as artisans and folk artists.

This is a traditional series of events designed to revive the historic, luxurious atmosphere of the old Juodkrantė resort.

During the workshop, participants are introduced to the malleable properties of modeling clay, plasticine, and clay, and learn how to shape, roll, cut, carve, and mold them into relief sculptures. While sculpting symbols of Neringa, participants learn about the region’s history, culture, and environment. The workshop will take place at the Preila Community Center, 27 Preilos St., Neringa, Preila.

Superkoloritas perlipa įprastų, lietuviškų skambesių ribas. Dueto kūryboje gausu šiltų, tropinių garsų ir senosios estrados aidų. Pasirodymas vyks rugpjūčio 27 d. 20 val. „Sangritoje“ (adresu Taikos g. 32A).

Kviečiame į Šarūno Mikulskio dokumentinį filmą „Nykstančios rūšys“ – jautrų ir atidų pasakojimą apie Kuršių nerijos žvejų bendruomenę, pamažu traukiančiąsi iš vietos, kuri ilgai buvo jos namai. Nemokama filmo peržiūra vyks rugpjūčio 27 d. 21 val. Nidos kultūros ir turizmo informacijos centre „Agila“ (adresu Taikos g. 4).

Participants are introduced to wool and its different types, as well as to felting tools and techniques—both wet and dry—and to needle felting. Wool felting is a unique activity during which participants relax, unwind, and immerse themselves in the creative process. The workshop will take place at the Preila Community Center, 27 Preilos St., Neringa, Preila.
