Your holiday in Nida
Is there parking at the apartment?
Free parking is available next to the apartments Closer to Nature.
When you arrive at the Churchill Holiday Apartments, Blue Archipelago and Nida Breeze, you can unload your belongings by leaving your car in the apartment's courtyard. However, guests of Nida cannot park in the courtyards of the apartment blocks on Taikos and Kopai Street, but must leave their cars in the parking lots. During the summer season, from 1 May to 30 September, parking in public car parks is charged. We recommend that our guests park in the car park at 41 Taikos Street. No. We will send you all the information you need to check in by email and you will be able to enter the apartment independently.
What is the earliest time to check in?
Standard check-in time is from 15:00. If we are able to prepare the apartment earlier, we always inform guests of the possibility of an earlier check-in. Early check-in is always free of charge.
I will arrive late in the evening or at night, how can I get to my apartment?
Our staff will send you all the information you need to check in on your own and you can access the apartments at any time of the day.
Do you provide catering services? Is it possible to book apartments with breakfast?
We do not provide catering services. All apartments at Visit Nida have fully equipped kitchens, so guests will be able to cater for themselves.
How can I book an apartment?
You can book your apartment directly on the dates you want https://visitnida.com/tikrinti-uzimtuma/ or by contacting our administration by email or phone. By booking on the page visitnida.com Please fill in all requested fields and you will receive an email with your payment information. When booking by email or phone, your name, email address, phone number and the number of guests arriving will be required for the reservation. You will also receive an email with payment details.
When do I have to pay for my stay?
Confirmation of the reservation requires prepayment of 50% for the full amount of the reservation if more than 7 calendar days prior to arrival, or 100% for the full amount of the reservation if 7 calendar days or less before arrival. The full amount must be paid before arrival by bank transfer.
Will I get my deposit back if I can't arrive on the booked date?
If booked and unable to attend Reservation dates can be changed up to 7 calendar days prior to arrival date and upon prior notice to the property. Any price difference due to a change in the reservation price due to possible changes in pricing must be paid within 24 hours of the change. If the value of the changed reservation decreases, the difference is not refundable to the client.
If you make a reservation and cannot arrive, and do not inform the property more than 7 calendar days before the arrival date, or if you do not show up Reservation dates can only be changed by separate agreement with the property, and in case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Can I bring my pet?
We are sorry, but we do not accept guests with pets in Visit Nida apartments.
What items will I find in my apartment?
The apartments come with towels, shower facilities, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine and safe. The kitchen in each apartment has all the necessary kitchen utensils: crockery, cutlery; and household appliances: hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle. For the comfort of our guests, each apartment has air conditioning, cable TV and fibre-optic internet.
When do I have to deregister?
Check-out until 12.00. Late departures can be booked by prior arrangement with the reception, at the following rates:
- Until 15.00 - 30 €;
- Until 17.00 - 50 €;
- After 17:00 - full daily rate for apartment reservation.
