Your holiday in Nida
We strive for a peaceful stay for all guests, promoting tranquillity, cosiness and family holidays. We therefore ask all guests to respect our internal rules.
Internal rules for apartments
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the apartment grounds, except in designated and marked areas. Smoking in apartments is subject to a fine of € 100. The fine is imposed if any traces of smoking are found in the apartment, if the smell of smoking is detected; no pets are allowed in the apartment without the prior written consent of the apartment administrator; no littering in the apartment area; no outdoor use of sheets, blankets, towels and other items in the apartment - if used, you are liable to pay the full cost of the item used; removal of any property from the apartments is prohibited; if found to have been removed, you are liable to pay the full value of the property removed from the apartments; intentional and deliberate damage to property belonging to the apartments is prohibited; if found to have been damaged, you are liable to pay the full value of the damaged item or property; No noise late at night (between 22.00 and 6.00), loud music or any other disturbance to the peace and privacy of other guests - in the event of a violation, the police are called for a public order offence without prior warning; it is forbidden to invite other, unregistered persons to the apartment without the consent of the apartment's administrator and without payment. In case of unauthorised persons present in the apartment, there is a charge of € 50 per person per day; you are obliged to make sure that you report any accidental or intentional damage found or caused in the apartment (the damage is assessed by the apartment manager based on the agreement between the parties and the value of the property), and in most cases no compensation is required for damage reported, while failure to report the damage is subject to full compensation; use of open flames is prohibited. You agree a damage deposit of two nights' worth of damages, if requested by the property. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure in case you have not broken any of the apartment rules.
Other information
Departure time is before 12:00 (For later departures or to leave items for a later check-out, please contact the property); For an extra charge Late check-out is possible only with prior arrangement with the property. Delay in departure until 15:00 - 30 €, until 17:00 - 50 €.
If you lose your apartment keys, there is a charge of € 30; if your apartment keys are damaged, there is a charge of € 20; during your arrival and stay, you can ask the apartment administrator to carry out any housekeeping tasks during your stay (rubbish removal, linen change, etc.)You must notify the apartment manager of any broken or faulty appliances or other equipment in the apartment so that they can be repaired or repaired; you must follow the instructions for use and safety of the equipment in the apartment; it is forbidden to leave unattended appliances or other electrical appliances switched on; it is forbidden to leave unlocked apartments. In the event of equipment faults, we undertake to rectify the faults or defects as soon as possible. If the faults found are rectified in less than 2 working days you waive your right to claim compensation, otherwise you have the right to contact the apartment administrator for partial compensation, extension of the reservation or any other arrangement.
In the event of non-compliance or violation of these rules, the apartment administrator has the right to evict Guests before the end of the agreed rental period. The Apartment Manager has the right to claim damages from the client for non-compliance with or breach of the rules. The property is not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment during the stay.
Guests of the apartments may be offered additional housekeeping services: housekeeping € 25, housekeeping and linen change € 50.
Check-in: 15:00 - 22:00, check-out until 12:00. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance when booking.
The apartments do not accept guests with pets.
A crib - playpen for children up to 4 years old is available upon prior request. All cots and extra beds are subject to availability, please inform us in advance about under-age guests.
The entrance of the apartments is monitored by 24-hour CCTV cameras. The footage from these cameras may be used to check guests' compliance with the apartment rules and may be used as a basis for any additional charges or fines provided for in these rules. All recordings are used and stored in accordance with our privacy and data retention policy, which can be found on our website https://www.visitnida.com or by emailing the apartment administrator upon request.
Prepayment rules, no-show cases
Confirmation of the reservation requires prepayment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation if more than 7 calendar days prior to arrival, or 100% of the total amount of the reservation if 7 calendar days or less before arrival. Full payment of the reservation amount is required before check-in. If the full amount is not paid, the apartment administrator has the right to refuse to accept you into the apartment without refunding your deposit or to shorten your reservation. If a reservation is made and the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, the apartment administrator has the right to cancel the reservation unless a force majeure event (force majeure) circumstances as defined by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
If booked and unable to attend Reservation dates can be changed up to 7 calendar days prior to arrival date and upon prior notice to the property. Any price difference due to a change in the reservation price due to possible changes in pricing must be paid within 24 hours of the change. If the value of the changed reservation decreases, the difference is not refundable to the client.
If you make a reservation and cannot arrive, and do not inform the property more than 7 calendar days before the arrival date, or if you do not show up Reservation dates can only be changed by separate agreement with the property, and in case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation policy
"Visit Nida customers have the right to cancel their reservation and apply for a refund for a paid reservation. Cancellation requests should be made by free-form email to info@visitnida.com. Refunds for paid reservations are calculated as follows:
- If cancelled 45 calendar days before the scheduled arrival time, a full refund will be given, subject to a € 25 administration fee.
- If the reservation is cancelled less than 45 but more than 30 (inclusive) calendar days before arrival, a refund of up to a maximum of 50 % of the reservation amount will be given, with the administration fee already included in this amount.
- If cancelled less than 30 calendar days before arrival, no refund will be given. The amount of the reservation can only be refunded by separate agreement between the apartment administrator or a representative of Naspecto UAB and the client. If the guest does not show up, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. If the guest leaves before the end of the reservation, the full reservation price will be charged.
For bookings without cancellation, deposits paid or full booking fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation, no-show or early departure. In other cases, Visit Nida customers have the right to cancel the reservation and apply for a refund in accordance with the general procedure set out in these rules.
All bookings can only be changed by separate agreement between the apartment administrator or a representative of Naspecto UAB and the client at least 7 (seven) calendar days before arrival. The Apartment Manager and Naspecto Ltd. are under no obligation and are not obliged to provide the possibility to change the dates of reservations. In the event of a difference in the value of the reservation due to a change in the dates of the reservation, this difference will not be refunded to the client. In case of a higher reservation value, the client is obliged to pay the difference at the time of changing the reservation days. In case of a change of reservation dates, the reservation may be carried over for a maximum period of six months.
Final provisions
For bookings made https://www.visitnida.com the following cancellation policy applies. For bookings made on our partners' booking systems, the cancellation rules set out in the respective systems shall apply, failing which, these booking rules shall apply.
