What kind of personal data do we collect?

When you visit Naspecto apartments or use our services or browsing Website or communicate with us directly or through Social Networks, we collect the following personal data from you:

  • the information that you submit to us when booking apartments (name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone number, period of stay in apartments, number of guests and other additional information);

  • information related to your purchases from Naspecto;

  • the information you provide to us when communicating with us directly or through Social Networks;

  • information about your computer and about your visits and use of our Website, including your IP address, login time and date;

  • videos when you visit Naspecto apartments or in their territory, it is equipped with video surveillance cameras;

  • the information provided to us by third parties about your insights or other information for which you have given permission to third parties to share it with us;

  • other data that is collected with your consent and which is defined in detail at the time when you are asked for permission.

You are responsible for ensuring that your data is accurate and complete. Knowingly entering incorrect data is considered a violation of this Privacy Policy. We will under no circumstances be liable for any damage caused to you and (or) third parties due to the fact that you have provided incorrect and (or) incomplete personal data, or you have not requested the addition and (or) modification of the data after it has changed.

What legal basis do we collect your personal data?

Your personal data is handled, where appropriate, on the following legal grounds:

  • with your own consent, to process personal data for one or more specific purposes specified in this Privacy Policy;

  • managing your personal data is necessary to provide you with Naspecto services;

  • processing your personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests of Naspecto or third parties.

What are the objectives for collecting your personal data?

Our processed personal data is used exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. We use your personal data:

  • for the conclusion of an agreement with you and its execution;

  • for issuing and sending invoices to you;

  • to communicate with you;

  • for the improvement of service quality;

  • to carry out the loyalty programs;

  • ensure your and / or Naspecto security, property protection, public order when visiting Naspecto apartments or in their territory;

  • for direct marketing purposes, i.e., to communicate our news and other information related to our services that we deem necessary for you by e-mail or other means (you may at any time refuse such news and information by notifying us by e-mail or by logging in to your personal account and unchecking the checkmark in the account settings, or by clicking on the interactive link at the bottom of the message received to prevent future direct marketing messages).

We keep your personal data that we collect from you under this Privacy Policy for no longer than required by the purposes of the processing of personal data, but no longer than 3 years after you provide the services. Videos are stored for no longer than 30 days from the date of their recording. The data required for debt management are retained until debt recovery, but not longer than 10 years. When personal data becomes unnecessary for the purposes of their processing or after the expiration of the prescribed retention period, it will be safely destroyed, except for the cases specified by law, when it must be transferred to the archives of the state.

Why we disclose your personal data to third parties?

We may disclose your personal data to our employees, partners and other entities if it's reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

In addition, we may disclose your personal data:

  • if we must do it according to law;

  • to protect your rights or interests (including the provision of your data to third parties).

Except for the cases provided for in this Privacy Policy, we do not provide your personal data to any third parties.

Your personal data will be processed responsibly and securely. By setting up the tools of processing of the personal data, as well as during the processing of the data, we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures for the protection of your personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, damage, alteration, loss, disclosure, and any other unauthorized management.

The employees and partners of Naspecto are in writing obliged not to disclose to third parties nor to distribute the information of Naspecto customers gathered in Naspecto workplace or by communicating with customers directly or through the Social Networks.


We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to book our apartments.

In the event we learn that we have collected personal data from a person under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, steps will be taken promptly to remove that information. You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • the right to disagree with the processing of your personal data, unless this data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest pursued by Naspecto or a third person to whom the data is provided and if the interests of the data subject are not more important;

  • the right a complaint to The State Data Protection Inspectorate regarding the processing of personal data.

If you want to exercise your rights, you must personally contact Naspecto by the following email: with a request for the exercise of rights and at the same time to confirm your identity by providing a scanned copy of a valid personal identification document or by any other electronic means in a manner prescribed by law, which allows us to properly identify you with your identity. After receiving your request and evaluating it, Naspecto will notify you within 30 calendar days after request.

Naspecto will provide you with the necessary information without any consideration whatsoever when implementing your rights. However, if it becomes clear that your application is manifestly ill-founded or disproportionate, in particular because of its repetitive content, Naspecto is entitled to:

  • require payment of a reasonable fee, considering the administrative costs of providing the information or of the reports or actions requested; or

  • refuse to act on request.

Policies and Rules of the Apartments
We strive to provide an environment for a peaceful rest for all our guests of the apartments, we promote coziness and family time. Therefore, all guests are kindly requested to abide by our internal rules.

Internal Rules of the Apartments
Prohibited actions: to smoke in the apartments (and apartment area). Fine for smoking in an apartment is 100 €. Fine is imposed in case any traces of smoking are found within the apartments; to bring pets without a written consent of the apartment’s administrator; to litter within the premises, including the yard area; to use blankets, towels and bedding for outside entertainment – in such case you agree to pay full price for the used items; to take out any belongings or property that belongs to the apartments beyond the area of the premises – in such case you agree to cover full price of the item taken out; to deliberately damage apartment property within the premises – in such case you agree to cover full repair or replacement costs; to cause loud noises, listen to music loudly or in any other way disturb the peace and privacy of other guests during late hours of the day (between 22:00 and 6:00 o'clock) - in case of disturbance police is called without a warning for a violation of public order; to invite other, unregistered people to spend the night in the apartments without prior consent of the apartment’s administrator or without an additional payment – in such case a fine of € 50 per person per day is imposed for the presence of unauthorized persons in the apartments; to not report about any damaged or destroyed property, belonging to the apartments, whether it is damaged deliberately or not. (remunerations for any loss of or any damages to property shall be evaluated and calculated by the administrator in accordance with the agreement of the parties or a valid price list of disposable assets). In most cases when the damage is reported renumerations are not asked, though in case of not reporting you agree to cover full renumerations; it is prohibited to use any source of open fire within the apartments. You agree to pay damage deposit of two nights stay amount if requested by the Apartment Administrator.

Other information
Other information: Check out time is until 12:00 PM (Guests should discuss options for a later departure or the leaving of baggage in advance with the administrator); fine for losing apartment keys – 30 €; fine for damaging or destroying apartment keys – 20 €; guests should arrange with the administrator for the cleaning of the apartment during the reservation (waste disposal, cleaning, the changing of bedding) on the day of arrival; notify the administrator about all malfunctions or damages to property immediately, so that these could be repaired and/or removed; follow all instruction manual guidelines and safety rules and requirements when using electrical equipment; it is prohibited to leave any electrical equipment turned on and unattended; do not subject the apartment to any sources of open fire; it is prohibited to leave the empty apartment unlocked; in the event of malfunctions of any equipment in the apartments, we undertake to fix the issues as soon as possible. If the identified faults are solved within less than 2 working days, you waive the right to claim compensation, otherwise you have the right to contact the apartment administrator for partial compensation, extension of the reservation or any other agreement.

Additional cleaning services are available for the guests of the apartments: apartment cleaning 25 €, apartment cleaning and bed linen change 50 €.
Check-in time is from 15:00 until 18:00, check-out time is until 12:00. Please inform administrator of the apartments in advance of your expected arrival time.
If informed before we can provide a cot-manege for children up to 4 years old. Provision of children equipment (cot-manege, feeding chair) is limited and dependent on the occupancy of the apartments, so please inform us about your requirements as soon as possible.
The entrance area of the apartments is monitored by video camera and the recordings can be used to check whether clients comply with the policies of the apartments and can be used as a proof to charge additional fees or fines. All the recordings are stored and the data is used according to our privacy and data management policies that can be found on our website or or you can receive them when asked via the email from the administrator of the apartments.

The administrator of the apartments possesses the rights to evict any individual prior to the end of the Term of reservation and to demand remuneration for any incurred losses or damages, if such individuals do not follow and violate the rules for order and conduct established. The administrator of the apartments is not responsible for guests' belongings that are left in the apartment.

Payment Policy, Cases of No-Show
It is mandatory to make an advance payment for any reservation to be confirmed. If the advance payment is not made within 24 hours from making a reservation, the administrator of the apartments holds the right to cancel the reservation. The advance payment is calculated following these rules: If there is more than 7 (seven) days left until the day of arrival the advance payment is 50% of total reservation price. In all other cases full reservation price must be paid in advance. The remaining amount must be fully paid before check-in at the apartments. In case the full amount is not covered until the day of arrival the administrator of the apartments holds the right not to accept guest into the apartments without reimbursing any advance payment or to change the duration of your reservation in proportion to the amount paid except in cases of force majeure application.

In case guests are not able to arrive on the reserved dates and the administrator of the apartments is noticed 7 days or more before the day of arrival the dates of the reservation can be changed only by reaching an agreement with the administrator of the apartments. The price difference caused by a change of the reservation dates must be paid within 24 hours. If the price of the reservation becomes lower the difference of prices is not reimbursed.

In other cases, the dates of the reservation can only be changed by reaching an agreement with the administrator of the apartments and the advance payment is not reimbursed in case of cancelation of the reservation.

Cancelation Policy
The guests of "Palanga Visit" and "Visit Nida" apartments have a full right to give requests for compensations of cancelled reservations. Requests must be sent to or via email. Compensations for paid bookings are calculated as follow:

If the reservation is cancelled not later than 45 days before arrival a full amount can be refunded to the guest. Only a 25 € administration fee is charged
If the reservation is cancelled 45 to 30 days before the time of arrival - 50 % of the paid reservation amount can be refunded, with the administration fee already included.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival refunds are not given. In such case the refund can be given only by reaching a mutual agreement between the administration of the apartments or a representative of JSC Naspecto and the client. If the guest does not show up no refunds are given. In case of early departure, no refunds are given.
Advance payments are not reimbursed for reservations made with non-refundable price plan in cases of cancelation, no-show or early departure. Otherwise, guests of "Palanga Visit" and "Visit Nida" have the right to cancel the reservation and to submit requests for compensation for paid reservations in accordance with the general procedure provided for in these Policies.

The dates of all reservations can be changed no less than 7 days before the arrival and only by reaching a mutual agreement between the administrator of the apartments or other representative from JSC Naspecto and the client. Wether the net amount of the changed reservation is lowered than hereinbefore the difference is not returned to the client. In case the net amount is increased the client must pay the difference on the day of agreement of the reservation changes.

Final provisions
These rules and policies are applied to all reservations made through our websites and If the reservations are made through our partners our partners’ rules are applied and if such rules are not provided – these rules and policies are applied.
